From time to time owners at Lakeside Villas are unable to occupy their unit/week entitlement for the year and can arrange, for suitable people to occupy.
It must be remembered that Lakeside Villas is a fine timeshare resort and not a hotel or motel, in that occupiers are required to adhere to the “House Rules” and to the maximum occupancy allowed for each unit type.
Obviously availability at peak times such as school holidays, Easter, Labour Weekend are always in high demand by owners and it is not always possible to obtain accommodation at these times.
Check In
Friday, between 3.30pm and 6.00pm.
Check Out
Friday, between 7.30am and 9.30am.

If the units are left in an unacceptable state, or any damage or losses are found, the resulting charges are the responsibility of the occupier.
